Return Policy & Process

Our Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed to be reliable, consistent, and delightful for your customers.

We will return & refund any product that doesn’t meet this guarantee within 90 days of delivery to the store.

Products that fit the following four criteria are eligible for refund:

  1. Defective due to Edgemont Group, or returned by customers for dissatisfaction

  2. Submitted for return within 90 Days of original delivery

  3. Physically received at Edgemont Group within 100 Days of original delivery

  4. Submitted for return & reimbursement with all required info on leafwerx.com/resources

Please note, you can return any items to be destroyed that do not meet these criteria.

Edgemont Group - Return Policy & Process for Retail Partners

How it Works

  1. Retailers must fill-out and submit the return from on Leafwerx.com/resources for all products to be returned. Key information for these returns is below.

    1. Retailer name

    2. Retailer license number

    3. The SKU number of the product. (the alphanumeric number on the product label)

    4. Quantity per SKU

    5. Reason For Return

  2. At this time, the retailer can manifest the item for return using the driver info supplied on Leafwerx.com/resources for an upcoming Edgemont Group delivery date. Retailers should select the delivery driver that most frequently delivers to them. If there is a driver change or vehicle change, Edgemont Group will notify the retailer so they can adjust their manifest as needed.

  3. Upon receipt of the aforementioned items at the Edgemont Group facilities, refund eligibility will be confirmed based on the four reimbursement criteria.   

  4. Once refund eligibility is confirmed, Edgemont Group will email the retailer indicating the return has been fully processed, and communicate the full eligible refund amount.

  5. Edgemont Group will send a refund check to the retailer for the eligible refund amount. 

  6. The full process of auditing returns for refund eligibility and sending refund checks will occur 30-60 days within the product being received at Edgemont Group.

    Note: This process must be followed for items to be eligible for reimbursement. All returns that arrive unexpectedly outside this process at our facility will be destroyed without reimbursement.

Best Practices for Online Menus

More and more cannabis customers are doing their shopping online for in-store pickup. Because of this, we want to help our retail partners optimize their online shopping experience with Leafwerx and Full Spec products. By ensuring that accurate brands, product names, and product photos are on online menus, we believe there will be less uncertainty and confusion, and more enthusiasm and education. Please review the best practices for our online menus below, and connect with your sales representative if you need any assistance in perfecting your online menus!

Best Practices for Online Menus 

  • Product Photos are the single most important feature to have on online menus, as they let customers see what they are purchasing. Please update your product photos from the above gallery. 

  • Leafwerx is the proper brand name, not “LeafWerx”, “Leaf Werx”, or “Leaf Werks”. 

  • Full Spec is its own brand, and should be listed as such and not Leafwerx, Full Spectrum, or FS

  • Edgemont Group is our license name, but not a brand name. Use Leafwerx or Full Spec instead of Edgemont Group as your brand names to avoid customer confusion. 

  • Including Live Resin in the product name or description of Full Spec products is beneficial, as that is a core differentiating feature. “Live Resin Hybrid” is the official product name of our Full Spec cartridge and PAX Pod, but “Live Resin” will suffice. Similarly, “Live Resin Badder”, “Live Resin Shatter”, etc are preferable to “Badder”, “Shatter”, et al. 

  • Product Names for Leafwerx cartridges & PAX Pods, including Refined, Ultra Refined, Cured Resin, CBD, are particularly important to include on the menu, as they each have distinct experiences and customer bases. If you’re unsure what product line you’re carrying, reference the front of the package or our Products page. 

  • Strain Information helps customers decide and educate budtenders - Feel free to pull info from our Leafwerx Interactive Strain Finder

  • Product Descriptions help customers decide among cartridge and concentrate options - feel free to pull short and long descriptions of our products from our Products page.
